The FFB 250 is an Alaminium spreader plate used to minimise downward heat loss and keep your underfloor heating pipe at 250mm centers. These plates are used for an underfloor heating system that must be fitted from below. They are fitted between the joists and screwed directly to the floor boards from beneath.
