Cellecta’s XFLO Micro TB 400 is a tile membrane-faced, routed underfloor heating insulation board designed for low-profile and high-performance installations. Manufactured to accept 10mm–16mm pipe sizes at 150mm centres, it features ultra-high compressive strength (400kPa), making it suitable for both domestic and commercial settings.
Its durable facing membrane allows floor tiles to be bonded directly to the surface, eliminating the need for additional layers. These boards are ideal where build-up height is restricted, starting at just 15mm thick. With a thermal conductivity of 0.035W/mK and a wide operating temperature range of -50°C to +75°C, the XFLO Micro TB 400 is both efficient and extremely robust.
The boards are available in multiple thicknesses (15mm, 18mm, 20mm, and 25mm) and come in 600mm x 1200mm sizes. They are the perfect solution for any tile-based UFH application needing minimal height and maximum strength.
