HomeKit-Enabled neoHub (3rd generation) Heatmiser neoHub is the gateway to the Neo System, providing remote control of all neoStat’s and neoPlug’s from your iOS, Android and Windows 10 device. The Heatmiser neoHub connects to your home broadband router and wirelessly to the neoStats in your home. No special computer knowledge is required, simply plug into your router, create a FREE account via the Neo app and then take control of your heating, hot water and appliances from anywhere.

FAQ Can I control my heating if my internet connection fails? Yes, you can control your heating from the thermostat keypad, but you will not be able to access your heating system remotely.

Is there a subscription fee for Neo? No, there is no on-going fee. Neo is free to use and will be updated free of charge as enhancements are made to the service.

What is the Range of the Neo System? 50m between each neoStat/neoHub. (Open Space)
