Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within one working day.
Standard Delivery: Orders booked before 1 pm will be processed the same day. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days.
However Palletised deliveries can take longer, depending on location.
Express Delivery: Orders placed before 1 pm will be delivered the next business day.

Cellecta Products: Any offers of free shipping do not apply to Cellecta products, which will be sent to you direct from Cellecta and can take 5-10 days

Returns Window: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
