Free Shipping – We offer FREE Shipping for orders over £100 (inc VAT)*

Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within one working day.

Standard Delivery: Orders booked before 1 pm will be processed the same day. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days.

However Palletised deliveries can take longer, depending on location.

Express Delivery: Orders placed before 1 pm will be delivered the next business day.

Shipping Locations: Shipping rates within the United Kingdom are outlined below. For destinations outside of the UK, please contact us.

Scottish Highlands, Islands, Isle of Man & Channel Islands: Yes, we deliver to these areas – we just price each order individually so you get the best rate rather than a flat surcharge. Smaller parcels are usually quoted online automatically. For larger or heavier orders, give us a call on 0800 999 7978 or email sales@ufhdirect.co.uk and we’ll get you a price straight away.

Cellecta Products: Any offers of free shipping do not apply to Cellecta products, which will be sent to you direct from Cellecta and can take 5-10 days. For Highland, Island, Isle of Man and Channel Island addresses, please contact us for a delivery quote.

2. Returns Policy

Returns Window: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

Condition of Return: Items must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

*Delivery charges: £3.49 for packages up to 2kg, £3.99 up to 5kg and £3.99 + 90p per kilo over 5kg (inc VAT). Additional charges may apply for specific products, overweight items, or delivery areas such as the Scottish Highlands and Islands – we’ll always quote you the best rate we can. Free Shipping over £100 order value (inc VAT) on UK mainland deliveries, excluding the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.

Our Plymouth showroom and warehouse are located at the same site. Almost all items listed on our website are held in stock here for immediate collection.

Collection Time: Available for same-day collection during standard opening hours. Please wait for your “Ready for Collection” email before traveling.
