1. Order & Payment Terms

• Proforma basis: All trade orders will be processed on a proforma basis (payment in full prior to dispatch) unless alternative credit terms have been agreed in writing.

• Welcome discount: A one-time 10% discount will be automatically applied to your first order when logged in to your trade account.

• Pricing: Trade prices may vary depending on product availability, volume, and account history.

• Future terms: Payment terms may be reviewed after a short trading period and adjusted at our discretion.

• Discounts – discounts do not apply to insulation automatically, unless pre-authorised

2. Delivery

• Orders are dispatched promptly upon receipt of cleared payment.

• Delivery lead times may vary depending on stock and location. Please see our Delivery Information page for details.

3. Returns & Warranty

• Returns must follow our standard returns process. Contact us to request a returns form.

• Warranty claims will be handled in accordance with manufacturer terms. Proof of purchase is required.

• We reserve the right to reject returns where products are not in resaleable condition or have been used.

By registering for a trade account, you consent to receive:

• Misuse of the trade pricing system may result in account suspension or removal.
